Chairman of Kavian (Omran) Visits Our Company's Iran DRI Project Site

On March 15th, the chairman of Kavian (Omran) has led more than 20 experts to 70,000 TPY DRI projects site which is undertaken by OTSK for inspection and conducted assessments. The chairman and the expert group unanimously believed that: OTSK’ design is safe, reliable, technologically advanced, and economically reasonable; the construction is carefully guided and kept improving; the equipment is economical and practical and in line with the provisions of the contract.

By the end of March, the Kavian project had completed two-thirds of the masonry of the kiln; all the process equipment had arrived at the factory or arrived in port, and some of the equipment had already been installed. The joint test run is planned to conduct on July 2018.

Our company's another customer in Iran, KNZ Company-100,000 TPY DRI project, has also made nodal progress. Now the plant and equipment foundation have been completed. The first batch of kiln equipment has been shipped and subsequent equipment has been stepped up. After the Iranian New Year, the work of kiln masonry will be carried out.
