OTSK Latest patent—Large reduced iron energy saving high efficiency tunnel kiln be published

 June 1, 2016, the news from the state intellectual property office of China, Our company declared the patent "Large reduced iron energy saving high efficiency tunnel kiln" be authorized. The technology includes flue gas bypass pressure regulating system, tunnel kiln entrance door 90 degree bi-direction double sealing system, kiln car sealing area pressure balance system key technologies. The capacity of the tunnel kiln can reach to 100,000 TPY DRI, which is 20% lower energy consumption. This technology can be widely used in powder metallurgy of reduced iron powder reduction and steelmaking DRI field.
