OTSK innovation team lasted six months, with the concept of innovation, based on the combination of traditional pelletizing process and tunnel kiln sagger reduction process, through repeated verification, finally developed tunnel kiln sagger metallized pellets industrial production process. The biggest characteristic of this process is greatly shortened the reduction time, as well as high metallization rate (96%) of DRI product, the capacity is two times more than the traditional process, single kiln DRI production capacity can reach more than 100000 tons per year.
