Our
company and Northeastern University develop and promote the PSH process industrialization
Recently,
my company and Northeastern University signed a project of "material layer
of high temperature and high iron ores direct reduction technology development
(PSH)" "technology development contract." Northeastern
University was commissioned by our company, Northeastern University completed
laboratory material layer of high temperature and high iron ores research,
mechanism analysis, development of process parameters under different
conditions of raw materials and fuels, including carbon content, flux, adhesive
(or additives), pellet size, the material layer height, provides the best
solution for semi-industrial, and also provide a theoretical basis for
industrialization.
Our
company is responsible for semi-industrial tests and industrialization to
promote the work. PSH (Paired Straight Hearth) technology is parallel with
hearth furnace process, the high temperature and high material layer is the
core technology, after the implementation of the industrial production, with
"four high" characteristics: high productivity, high metal ratio,
high energy efficiency, high strength and density. The process has the same
purpose with our OTS method car hearth furnace process, the combined of the two
advanced technology will become a revolution for direct reduced iron, its
technology and equipment will become a new force in direct reduction field.
