 May 24th, 2010, Laiwu Powder Metallurgy limited Company sent to my company "User Report" (see Annex) which reads as follows:

Tangshan Outstanding Kiln Limited signed the "No.2 coal burning tunnel kiln gas renovation contract" with our company on,May. 31,2007. Project started on July 18, 2007.In the morning of August 16, the gas ignited and achieved a one-time success, after 25 days’ firing and debugging, moved smoothly into production phase. Practice proves that transformation of the furnace is successful, in addition to meet the national "industrial furnaces building and inspection standards" requirements, product quality and production has been greatly improved after transformation. Without failure caused by design or construction of the tunnel kiln during warranty period, our company is satisfied with OTSK service.
