Users report after four years

We received one 156 m gas tunnel kiln "User Report" (see Annex) from Shanxi Taiyuan Lingdong Metal Industries Ltd which reads as follows: users report:

Since putting the 156 m sponge iron gas tunnel kiln sucessfully into operation on 3.Jan.2006 which was designed and built by Tangshan Outstanding Science & Technology Co.,Ltd, all the  technical and economic indicators of the tunnel kiln have reached or exceeded the requirements of the contract, the furnace has been operating normally for the past few years, when stop kiln to check and maintenance every end of year, kiln’s structure is intact which proves that its design and construction quality are in line with national regulatory requirements.

Since there is no quality failure within one-year’s warranty, we already paid 5% as quality guarantee according to contract to Tangshan Outstanding Science & Technology Co.,Ltd before  the warranty expires. Although the furnace has been operating for more than four years, Tangshan Outstanding Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has maintained close and friendly contact with us, we are very satisfied with their services, hope Tangshan Outstanding Science&Technology Co., can achieve further development, correct shortcomings, make greater achievements!
